Sephora Signs ‘15 Percent Pledge’ to Carry More Black-Owned Brands
Hi all — an interesting new movement here, called the 15 Percent Pledge, is calling on major retailers to devote 15% of their shelf space to black-owned businesses. The idea, which came from creative director Aurora James, who posted it to Instagram on May 29, is gaining traction and on Wednesday, Sephora said that it signed on.
